Benefits
Free Farm Calls
- Farm calls must be within a 30-minute drive time from the clinic and are only available during regular business hours.
- Farms outside of 30 minutes qualify for our Virtual program.
- Farms with drive time from 30 minutes to one (1) hr away qualify for one (1) free farm call annually for wellness services to include vaccinations, coggins, bloodwork & rabies.
- Farm Calls do not include after-hours emergency services.
Annual Vaccinations & Dewormers
- The vaccines included in the spring and fall vaccination services are provided by Performance Equine Vets and include Rabies, Eastern/Western Encephalitis and Tetanus (EWT), Influenza/Rhinopneumonitis (Flu Rhino), and West Nile Virus.
- Vaccinations, Fecal testing, bloodwork, and Coggins tests must be performed at the time of either the spring or fall vaccination appointment.
Annual Fecal, Bloodwork & Coggins
- Annual bloodwork includes a Complete Blood Count (CBC) and a Chemistry Panel.
- Horses 13 and older qualify for (1) one annual springtime ACTH test.
Medical Reminders & Updates
- Clients will receive reminders for eligible services; however, scheduling remains the responsibility of the horse owner.
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- All services are provided at the discretion of Performance Equine Vets.
Veterinary Concierge Services
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Clients must ensure their horses are available and prepared for the scheduled appointment time.
- Additional services requested outside the specified terms may incur standard fees.
- By scheduling an appointment under these terms, the client agrees to all conditions outlined above
Online Consultations
- Online Consultations are 30 minutes and performed using zoom.
- Clients must complete a Virtual Workup to be eligible to book a consultation.
- Support Ticket will be opened for Client Communications.
Virtual Workups
- Workups are Virtual Exams that guide you through problems.
- Access Veterinary Support at any time.
- Book Appointments at any time.
Online Support System
- We utilize Support Tickets to monitor and manage communication with clients.
- Take comfort in knowing your Support Ticket is being taken care of.
- Manage Chronic cases in a superior fashion!
Discounts for Geriatric Horses
- Discounts on Rx and Non-Rx Medications common to the geriatric horse.
- Discounts on Bloodwork necessary to manage your old friend’s health 🙂
- Special Adventures for the Old horse.
- Never a farm call for euthanasia.
