Are you a horse-loving, people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment? As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Sporthorse Campus—helping us spread the word, support equestrians with Equine Total Care (ETC), and keep things running smoothly at Performance Vet Supply.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to share your passion for horses, connect with the equestrian community, and build real-world sales and customer service skills.


What You’ll Do

  • 🎓 Be the Campus Connector – Spread the word about Sporthorse Campus at local events, barns, and shows.
  • 💊 ETC Sales Sidekick – Help customers understand and purchase Equine Total Care memberships. Be their go-to guide for horse health, explaining benefits in a friendly, approachable way.
  • 💳 Retail Rockstar – Keep things moving at Performance Vet Supply by running the register, checking out customers, and making sure every transaction feels smooth and welcoming.
  • 🤝 Customer Champion – Chat with fellow equestrians, answer their questions, and make sure they leave with exactly what they (and their horses) need.


What We’re Looking For

  • 🐴 Equestrian Enthusiast – You’ve been around horses, whether riding, working in barns, or just being totally obsessed.
  • 🗣️ People Person – You love connecting with others, sparking conversations, and making everyone feel welcome.
  • 💡 Quick Learner – Picking up on products, systems, and register ops doesn’t scare you—you’re excited to learn.
  • 🙌 Team Player with Hustle – You’ll roll up your sleeves, help wherever needed, and bring good energy to the crew.
  • 💻 Tech-Comfortable – POS systems, Shopify, or basic retail tech? No problem—we’ll train you, but comfort is a plus.
  • 🕒 Flexible & Reliable – Available for morning or afternoon shifts, Monday–Saturday.
